职 责:
Scope of Role:
To support SCO, China and CC Risk Head,China in all necessary personal and administrative activities in the office.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
Support LM to manage administrative activities with well-organized fashion.
Organize schedules, conferences and meetings;
Prioritize mails and manage phone calls;
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements;
Complete various of expense reports;
Establish central filing system;
Keep high confidentiality of any work related matter; particularly HR related matters;
High integrity of working ethics;
Support LM in management reporting, research, data management;
Inter-department communication and information collection;
Primary contact and coordinator with both internal and external contact to ensure timely response from LM;
Comply with all required e-learning training requirements. Meet all Group Code of Conduct and/ or local related compliance requirement;
Comply with both SCB Group AML policy/procedure and China local AML regulatory requirement;
Fully understand the importance of fraud prevention, prevent fraud risks, maintain safe and steady operation of the position, implement regulatory requirements of fraud prevention, strictly execute DOIs of the department, ensure to complete relevant trainings and embed fraud prevention in daily work.
主要职责/挑战:
支持LM管理行政活动的组织方式。
组织安排,会议;
优先邮件和管理电话;
组织国内和国际的旅行安排;
完成各种费用报告;
建立中央备案制度;
保持任何工作有关的事情保密性高;特别是人力资源相关事宜;
高完整性的工作伦理;
支持LM管理报告,研究,数据管理;
跨部门沟通和信息收集;
初级接触和协调与内部和外部的联系以保证及时响应从LM;
符合所有要求的学习培训要求。适应行为和/或当地相关合规要求所有组代码;
符合SCB组AML政策/程序和中国当地的反洗钱监管要求;
充分了解预防欺诈的重要性,防止欺诈风险,维护安全和稳定运行的位置,实现防欺诈的监管要求,严格执行本部门的电子邮件,确保完成相关培训及日常工作中存在欺诈行为的预防。

Admin support to SCO, China and CC Risk Head,China.
Reports and meeting minutes prepared for LM.
Budget management for China (including preparing cost management and cost reports); may include some coordination for GC.

要 求:
College/University Degree;
Related working experience on executive assistant position in multi-national companies;
Fluent English command in both oral and written;
Proficient PC Skills especially MS Office;
Self-motivated and have team work spirit;
Excellent interpersonal skills in networking and influencing;
Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve;
Strong communication skills – oral, written and presentation;
Strong conceptual skills;
Experience in managing multiple projects.
大专以上学历;
相关外企行政助理岗位工作经验;
流利的英语口语和书写能力;
良好的电脑技能,特别是MS Office?;
自我激励和团队合作精神;
良好的人际关系网络和影响;
较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力;
口语沟通能力强,书面和演示;
较强的概念技能;
在多项目管理经验。

职 责:
Responsible for Travel logistics, using the Amex systems and processes.
Schedules hotel and flight accommodations and procures necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances.
Ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget.
Researching air and hotel options for travelers, accurately booking travel reservations desired by traveler while staying within the company travel policies, and generating activity and cost reports.
Interacting with vendors to secure travel reservations and investigate issues.

要 求:
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Team player, Quick learner, Result/Detail-oriented, Well-organized, Positive attitude
Administrative support experience (in an international company a plus)
Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines
Solid proficiency in Microsoft office, MS Outlook Excel/PowerPoint and Word
Certain amount of flexibility e.g. a willingness to work overtime when required
Interested in working with a global team
