职 责:
JOB PURPOSE:
This position will help China HRD to facilitate those jobs to move forward including but not limited: recruitment, training and legal and personnel administration service shifting during WOFE transition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help to schedule meetings and follow up meeting minutes of discussion and alignment regarding below topics:
The process, actions and timeline for contract party A in Labor Contract change from CIIC to Cantel China;
The process, actions and timeline for HR Service Agreement change between us when we changed from BJ RO to WOFE;
The process, actions and timeline for Social Security/ IIT Account change from RO to Legal Entity(need to have finance involved);
The template of Labor Contract in China;
The template and component of Employee Handbook in China.
Coordinate interview schedule and on-boarding process.
Work with sales and marketing team and U.S. training team to follow up China training framework and conduct training schedule.
HR filing and documentation administration.
Other assigned jobs.
要 求:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
Related Basic HR specialist background with at least basic knowledge and experience of recruitment, training& development, ER or C&B.
Minimum of three to 1 years human resource specialist experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese is required
