职 责：
外资制造业，上海有工厂，装配工艺为主，中型规模
Job description:
Someone who will coordinate our flows, coordinate with ERP system (preferably have knowledge about the system-IFS).

Review of delivery performance (KPI follow-up, root cause analysis, actions, implementation, stakeholders)
Sales Vs Supply equation (Order- à forecast driven demand, safety stock, lead time reduction, consignment)
Customer collaboration (Support to Sales with data, initiating customer collaboration)
Review of production steering philosophy (Make-to-order, make to stock or configure to order)
Monitoring of lead time for internal operations (Input to IFS and determining demand)
Stock replenishment philosophy (MRP, re-order point, manual, project based)
Supplier steering (Purchase orders, forecasts, schedules, VMI, MOQ, lead time)
Determine (document) logistical processes (Responsibility, accountability)
Ownership of relevant areas within IFS System
- Validation of data
- Determination of configurations
- Monitor access
- Responsibility for competence development
- Determination (documentation) of routines
Group collaboration (Common strategies, best practise, supply chain synchronisation)

要 求：
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
At least have 8 years supply chain experience in manufactory
Oral English is good
Good time management skill
Hands on ERP system setup & operation, IFS system will be perfect
