职 责：
1.To complete process of the plant drawing: OUTPUT 1-PIDs
2.To complete techanical component document as defined by contract: OUTPUT 3-MATERIAL LIST
3.To complete commissioning protocol as per request of plant configuration: OUTPUT 4-FAT PROTOCOL
4.To complete commissioning protocol as per request of plant configuration: OUTPUT 5-SAT PROTOCOL
5.To complete HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE specification as per request of plant configuration: OUTPUT 6-FDSP PROTOCOL
6.To complete timeline of the project as per request of contract: OUTPUT 10-QPP PTOTOCOL
7.To coordinate with Client about document submitting and project execution and organize project team and trace for process of manufacture
