Client Implementation
1、Complete client implementation within the agreed timelines.
2、Meet most of the key milestones agreed with the client
3、Complete implementation within budget
4、Achieve all the client’s expected benefits
5、Communicates implementation progress to Stakeholders
6、Meet all the key milestones agreed with the client
7、Complete implementation substantially below budget
8、Generate benefits in excess of client expectations
9、Outcome of implementation leads to additional business for the bank
Sales Support
1、Active engagement in solution design
2、Participates to client meetings/workshops/Conference calls.
3、Support RFP/RFI process
Channels Development
1、Feedback to the Channels team client feedback and requests for enhancement.
2、Support new functionality testing
Channels Commercialization
1、Participate to Channels roll out campaigns
2、Participate to conversion campaigns
3、Participate to utilization campaigns
Client servicing
1、Respond to issues/requests escalated by CSG
2、Provide advice to the client post implementation
要 求：
1、Strong planning and organization skills with good ability in identifying and managing different priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing business environment
2、Solid team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact with and engage staff and managers at all levels
3、Able to deliver under tight time pressure, with strong personal drive and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure work is done efficiently together with good quality
4、Good awareness of business trends in the local marketplace and of the Bank’s priorities across Businesses and Functions
5、Strong language skills in both English and Putonghua (verbal and written)
6、Corporate banking experience 3~5 years
