要 求：
Bachelor's degree or above with Accounting or financial, CPA preferred;
At least 8 years of solid experience in financial, at least 6 years' department management (including leadership skills) experience;
6-8 years’ experience in the position of Financial Department Manager;
Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, accounting computerization, relevant laws and regulations;
Excellent financial analysis, financing and capital management ability;
Familiar with the operation of capital, the IPO process, the work experience in enterprises listed on the preparatory is better;
Good understanding and relevant knowledge in international business culture;
Proven skills in computer applications (CRM, OA, Financial Software, Microsoft Office) ;
Mature, excellent inter-personal communication skill;
Excellent Spoken and Written English & Chinese.
职 责：
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily management of the Department;
To build up the team structure for better performance and development;
Yearly performance evaluation with project team;
To pay attention to the growth of team members to have a good career plan. (base on the corporation employee developing Plan) .

Responsible for management of financial issue
To establish the company's financial system, standard and procedure according to laws, and monitor the implementation;
To establish the company's financial report system according to the need for management, and monitor the implementation;
To monitor and report the implementation of the budget to management;
To do the financial check for payment, contract, project budget, etc.
To assist third-party auditing firm for company/project internal audit and statutory audit.
To prepare detailed annual company budget.
To communicate with shareholders, submit the necessary financial report.
Responsible for relationship maintenance with relevant government departments such as tax bureau
Other tasks assigned from supervisor.
