职 责：
Develop catalogue annual budget/target by category by division and track the actual expense/execution
within the budget quarterly
Draft catalogue timeline quarterly and get the alignment with all related functions(brand comms, retail
marketing, category merchandising and BP&O)
Responsible for managing vendor on catalogue design, printing and delivery, to ensure all the proper
request from category merchandising team fully reflected and demonstrated
Arrange the suitable catalogue delivery plan timely and accurately according to seasonal sell-in calendar
Coordinate and process the additional budget approval from marketing Brand Director on any adhoc sell-in
brochure request
Evaluate and improve the catalogue process to realize the cost saving and for customer easier reading
Coordinate and support the catalogue procurement process from vendor pitching, CR, PO and GR, to
ensure all the execution detail full complying with company procurement policy
Responsible for product image consolidation and update, which will be used in TM catalogue and other
related use
