职 责：
美资化妆品公司 GL Accountant职位
Assist Finance Manager and Accounting Manager to build up G/L function; Assist Accounting Manager and Finance Manager in standardizing, documenting and executing financial procedures and controls in accordance with corporate guidelines and compliance with local regulations for process of G/L closing and reporting.
服务指标/Target:
1. Be responsible for GL accounts bookkeeping such as fixed assets, payroll accruals , rental accruals; Review in-charge Brand P&L to ensure completeness of expense and make related accruals;
2. Communicate with brands and supporting departments proactively. Provide regular training for accrual processes to related departments.
3. Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and check completeness of reconciliation against monthly trial balance; follow up and clear outstanding items, to be able to address issues and work out proposals independently.
4. Prepare GL related reports, e.g. fixed assets reporting, N.Y. reporting package.
5. Prepare a payment run with AP team.
6. Assist Accounting Manager and Finance Manager to build streamline GL processes;
7. Assist Accounting Manager on statutory audit, tax audit and SOX audit;
8. Take on special projects as assigned.

要 求：
1 University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role in MNC; experience in Big Four is a plus.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and integrated accounting software system, preferably SAP;
4. Good knowledge in US GAAP and PRC GAAP;
5. Good written and spoken English communication skills;
6. Being able to work independently and under pressure.
