Job description

Be responsible and carry on with the support of an assistant of the following activities:

· In depth knowledge of China finance regulations and book keeping

· Accounting and book keeping

· Financial statements

· Consolidation reporting

· Management accounts & budgeting

· Cash & banks

· China Tax matters

· Salaries and other personnel provisions calculation and liquidation

· To keep the relationship with the local tax advisors and statutory auditors

Reports

· Local Managing director

· Group finance internal supervisor

Requested skills

· Chinese mandarin mother language

· English fluently

· Degree in economics and finance

· At least 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably in Logistics Industry

· Available for the requested position on or before the end of Feb 2014

Preferential skills

· Past experience in finance &adm. for a Chinese subsidiary of a western company

· Past experience in finance &adm. of a logistic and transportation company

· Familiar with international accounting principles

· Past experience for an auditing company
