职位:HR OPERATIONS ANALYST(6个月)
上班地址:漕河泾开发区古美路(有班车)
职责:
The HR Operations Analyst will report to HR Operations Supervisor.
The role has the responsibility to support the daily operation of Data Management Centre,
it involves HR data maintenance, validation, and governance, HR reporting for business to make decisions.
In addition to that, he/she is responsible for the improvement on processes for a smooth and efficiency data management way and provide Consultation for Site HR data process as well.
Key responsibilities of the job:
1. Maintain SAP HR data employee life cycle
2. Collect, validate and analyse data
3. Ensure data integrity and support in periodic audit activities
4. Support in SAP HR reporting
5. Control Operation Centre internal process/tool
6. l Provide consultancy and training to Site HR for data process
岗位要求
Qualifications & Special skills required:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. 1 - 2 years of experience in HR/C&B related function is preferred
3. Experience on SAP HR module is preferred
4. HR operation and process experience is preferred
Competencies required:
? Logical thinking and process oriented
? Detailed minded & attention to detail
? Ability to work under pressure in fast paced, complex environment
? Good interpersonal skills
? Excellent positive service mind set
? An advanced computer user in Excel, PowerPoint
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
