职责:
Support Team
-Support a team of Executives with a full spectrum of secretarial work
-Coordinate info & logistics preparation for overseas trips
-Assist in processing claims, invoices and other administrative matters such as visa application, name card.
-Translate documents as necessary
-General ad-hoc duties that being assigned, from time to time.
Admin supports
-Stationary/pantry products purchase
-Office environment /security/ equipment maintenance
-Assist in organizing corporate activities
- Mail distribution including Chinese New Year cards and Christmas cards preparation and distribution
岗位要求
-About 2 to 3 years of experience providing full secretarial support to management level and a team
-excellent written and spoken English
-have initiative and confidence
-good working attitude and have teamwork spirit
- have good IT skills to assist in presentations and reports
-must be able to think analytically and work independently with minimal instructions/guidance given, so that there is no need to check with superiors for simple tasks
-must be internally driven/motivated, prepared to work hard and put in overtime to complete tasks, without having to be pushed by superiors.
-Be open to carry electronic device e.g. Blackberry or iPhone
