ABOUT DIRECT HR:

DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

The client is a fast growing financial services company.

Job Location:

Shanghai, China

Salary:

Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Reporting to:

HR Manager

Travelling:

Limited

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

1. Setting up and implementing recruitment strategy and plan in China region.
2. Independently handle recruiting activities for mid- senior level positions and to support HR Director on executive level positions accordingly
3. Lead the Staffing team in daily operation and staffing process improvement
4. Work closely with and manage recruitment service vendors: website, headhunter, newspaper, labor agency etc.
5. Work closely with hiring manager to support business growth with HR advice
6. Talent pool build-up and management

7. Take part in other recruiting projects, such as campus recruiting

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Minimum of 7 years in HR, the latest 3 years in house staffing experience, vendor experience is a plus

3. Solid experience in financial industrial is big plus
4. Good knowledge in China Labor Ordinance and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements
5. Ability to work under pressure

6. Good language skills in English
