ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
The client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of decorative plastics for the automotive, medical and consumer markets.
Job Location:
Shanghai, China
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Financial Audit – completed on time and without any substantial adjustment
+ Cash flow – Accurate, complete- on time, to be submitted on a weekly basis
+ Financial reporting – Monthly package to CFO as defined on schedule
+ Operating Metrics – as defined – cost analysis
+ Effective working capital management – AP/AR/Liabilities accurately reported on balance sheet/petty Loan
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree, major in Finance
+ 10 years above experience in Automotive Company
+ Good communication & presentation skills
+ Experienced Accounting and Financial management
+ Fluent English skill in both writing and speaking
+ PC (office) / SAP skills required
+ Good financial management awareness, knowledge of advanced financial management. More than five years experiences in the financial department manager
+ Strong financial analysis and forecasting, financing and risk prevention capability, the enterprise capital operation has a deep understanding, with excellent management skills and good communication skills
+ Familiar with relevant policies and regulations and have excellent financial management experience and a keen sense of insight and data, are familiar with financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, cost accounting and other senior financial management processes
