Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Support lead markets and Business Units in identification of business opportunities including potential value propositions and translation of customer needs into product specifications (Lastenheft/ Duty Description).

+ Align with key stakeholders regarding must have and nice to have product requirements
+ On time delivery of projects as per product specification at the right costs and quality level.

+ Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress, initiate/ follow-up corrective actions when and where required.

+ Create project schedule and plan budget and resources required per key activity including continuous monitoring.

+ Ensure on time delivery and first pass yield (quality) of key deliverables for project gates.

+ Disciplinary lead multi-functional team across matrix organization based on close alignment with team leaders/ department heads.

+ Ensure proper, in-time and transparent communication flow with all key stakeholders (lead markets, Business

+ Units, project team, Head of ACDS.

+ Professional documentation and archiving of project documents.

Requirements:

+ University graduate in (Mechanical is preferred) engineering or equivalent

+ Min. 3 years of experience in project management roles in an industrial environment

+ Experience in project management process is a basic prerequisite and preferably has experience on TTM process

+ Proficiency in English and Mandarin

+ Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows Applications

+ Analytical and organisatoric skills

+ Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows applications

+ Personality must be mature, initiative, independent, aggressive and proactive

+ Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

+ Experience to work with European or/and Overseas technicians
