Out client is a leading foreign company focus on Hydraulic Components.

Business Development Head

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Be part of a sales team for the regions of Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai area
+ Responsible for selling hydraulic valves
+ Develop business plan and sales strategy for assigned area to meet sales growth targets.
+ Close cooperation with all team members.
+ Control of Sales success with modern management tools. CRM tool to be established soon
+ Initiation and coordination of action plans to penetrate the market further;
+ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans / activities as needed;
+ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
+ Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on related applications;
+ Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports of the market;
+ Control expenses to meet sales budget guidelines;
+ Maintain contact with key accounts in the sales area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Others as assigned by management

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree in Engineering field, Hydraulic focus preferred
+ At least 5-8 years relevant working experience selling hydraulic products to international companies in China
+ Experience selling to companies in Die Casting, Machine Tools, Wind Energy, Mining machines, Construction machinery
+ A proven track record in achieving sales revenue and growth targets
+ Experience in maintaining, developing and furthering direct sales activities in an assigned region
+ Native Chinese speaker
+ Good knowledge of English to be able to communicate with foreign colleagues about work related matters
+ Possible to work from home office if based in assigned region
+ Frequent communication with foreign manager
+ Willing to travel frequently
