The client is a leading US manufacturing company with over 100 years history.

Location:

Shanghai, China

Salary:

Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:

As soon as possible

Reporting to:

HRD Asia & GM China

# of Subordinate:

5

Travelling:

Will depend on actual work and up to 30%

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Provide HR Management Experience to support business and management decision

+ Develop HR process and system to enhance HR capability to math

+ Enhance HR compliance to match state and local law

+ Entire management of HR for subBU in different locations

+ Evaluate HR practices to ensure that the solutions are deployed throughout the country and consistent with regional guidelines

+ Bridge HR competency gap to leverage and build a performing culture

Requirements:

+ 10- 15 years experiences in HR function with at least 3 years as a strategic HR Partner/HR Director within MNC

+ Excellent team player with leadership cross functions

+ Solid HR achievements in people development

+ Strong business sense with problem solving personality

+ Fluent in English Proficiency
