+ Research Sales Leads Online
+ Obtain Contact Details of Target Contacts
+ Introduce the Firm's Professional Recruitment Services to Target Contacts
+ Finalize Service Agreement with Sales Leads

[ DELIVERY ]
+ Research Client Target Firms Online
+ Cold Call Client Target Firms to obtain Contact Details of Target Candidates
+ Research Candidate Databases Online
+ Introduce Job Opportunities via Phone and Email to Potential Candidates
+ Request Candidate Referrals
+ Screen CVs
+ Interview Candidates
+ Conclude on Final Candidates Shortlist for Clients
+ Finalize Professional PDF Profiles for release to Clients
+ Send Candidate Introduction Emails to Clients
+ Obtain Client Feedback on Introduced Candidates
+ Support Scheduling of Client >< Candidate Interviews
+ Obtain Client Feedback on Interviewed Candidates
+ Support On-Boarding Process of Hired Candidates

Requirements:
+ Sales-driven mentality
+ Minimally 3 years of working experience
+ Minimally 1 year of experience with a professional recruitment agency
+ Bachelor Degree
+ Excellent communication Skills in both English (spoken and written) and Chinese
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
+ Efficient in execution
+ Potential to become a Manager
