Job Purpose:
To provide an effective quality assuarance and product assessment service, introducing improvements in systems,products, process and services. Ensure suppliers and products meet requirements in order to mini risk and optimise business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all safety Legislative and technical requirements are fully understood by suppliers prior to production;
Carry out basic testing during product development & feedback to suppliers in an efficient and effective manner;
Participate product risk assessment and management, communicate quality risk/issue act as part of product quality continuous improvement plan;
Post deliver quality monitoring and management.

Supplier Management
Support audits, assessments or inspections;
Effective planning and efficient use of resource to support business requirements;
Responsible for assessing reducing risk maximizing business opportunities via the development and management of supplier relationship;
Accountable for feeding back risk to key stakeholders to facilitate in the development of supplier sourcing strategies;
Responsible for ensuring supplier action plans are implemented.

At least 5 years in similar product category, familiar with UK and US market regulatory requirement
