Job description 工作职责
- Schedule QC daily work according to booking
根据船期定制质检员验货时间表
- Review daily qc report and put it into the public server
审阅验货报告并上传到共用盘

- Schedule the Audit announcement and arrangement with supplier and sourcing.

协调供应商及采购部门关于验厂的安排

- Maintain the Inspection Booking record and Audit record perfectly to ensure good KPI
保持验货安排表、验厂安排表的更新、信息准确等
- Coordinate between QC team, Sourcing team and suppliers
提供质检员、采购部门、供应商之间的日常工作协调及支持
- Prepare basic reporting to qc manager on inspection statistics
提供质检统计报告

- Help PE with maintaining the database in good order

帮助项目工程师的数据及档案的整理
- Other tasks ralted to the positions.

Job Requirement 岗位要求
- At least 1 year working experience with familiar position
至少1年以上同类型岗位工作经验
- College degree or above
大专或以上学历
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
流利英语听、读、写
- Good organization and communication skill.
良好的组织和沟通能力
- Can work under big pressure
能承受较大工作压力
- Pacient and service oriented
耐心以及拥有良好的服务意识
