职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Identify recruitment needs in south area and work in partnership with hiring managers to ensure the hiring of top talent in a timely manner.
-Work in partnership with hiring manager to identify position requirements and ensure those involved in the interview process are well versed in the selection process and understand how to “sell” the company.
-Cultivate a pipeline of active and passive candidates for key positions in south area
-Participate in the development of tools and processes that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company’s sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection efforts, and produce quality results.
-Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with position requirements.
-Assist with various projects relating to recruiting and HR as needed.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related disciplines required.
-5+ years’ Recruitment experience in MNC required
-Experience recruiting for Engineering/Quality positions is a plus
-Demonstrated success in identifying high-quality, talented candidates through targeted, highly-effective recruitment strategies and campaigns.
-Ability to work in a fast paced team environment, result orientated
-Ability to respond on changes in direction
-Good Command of English listening and speaking
