Responsibilities:
-Get the returns and calls information from the quality team or other channel
-Set the priority and serious grade and provide a report
-Take a lead to analysis the issue through the cross-function team
-Track and follow the improvement idea and test
-Finalize the solution and track the implement ,close the circle
-Work with the marketing and quality team to detect the improvement result in the market
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Product Design, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or related degree
-At least 5 years in small home electrical appliance as Design Engineer / Project Engineer
-Knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA), plastic injection part design and tooling.
-Knowledge of UL, GS, CSA and devices safety approvals
-Expert with Pro-E Wildfire modeling software
-Ability to manage multiple projects
-Demonstrated program management skills
-Good level of understanding with written and spoken English
