职位描述

Position Details
1. Contribute to consistent business growth by providing unique expertise
2. Cover company Mobility portfolio, CEM solution and SNT solution. Drive the sales of company Mobility, CEM products and services, and SNT solution in the South China region
3. Manage complex, highly visible, strategically important accounts
4. Build healthy pipelines of sales opportunities and ensure profitable closure of each sales opportunity
5. Be the Account Manager representing company at customer end, attending customer meetings and keeping customers updated of current and new product offerings
6. Responsible for account planning and strategy to deepen penetration of existing accounts
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships in order to influence more sales
8. Responsible for generating quotations, organizing product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and other sales-related activities to ensure closure of sales
9. Participate in trade exhibitions and answering to potential customers' queries
10. Keep abreast of market / competitor developments and provide relevant feedback to Regional Sales Management teams
11. Responsible for accurate updates of sales reports /CRM / Sales-tracking tools, attending internal meetings and involved with various appropriate sales operations activities
12. Expect 50% of time for business travel


Required Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales/pre-sales/post-sales track record in the Telecommunications and Test & Measurement space
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics engineering or related fields
3. Strong presentation, inter-personal and customer fronting skills
4. Fluent in oral and written English
5. Ability to understand real customer needs and future market trends
6. Ability to build effective, healthy relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers
7. Ability to function as a valued member of a team and inspire teamwork around them
8. Ability to follow through tasks in a consistent way
