General Manager – Asia Pacific
Responsibilities:
1. To persuade and support the following of Company policies and business objectives in the daily management of the operations of the Company.
2. Deploy and lead operational business related to strategy and profit plan. Alignment of division goal, expectations to the possibilities of the company
3. Ensure customer’s orders and company products are produced and delivered in accordance with planned schedules, job specifications, established quality standards and planned growth and profit objectives.
4. Oversee the development of new products with the R&D team that meets requirements.
5. Monitor overall plant performance and ensure all maintenance and capital assets are being maintained and utilized effectively. Lead operation and performance improvement initiatives.
6. Builds and maintains effective working relations with the Asia leadership team and employee-partners to advise both on employee-related or organizational matters

Qualification:
1. Minimum of 15 years of related experience in operations and/or supply chain management, Success must be evidenced by a track record of promotions
2. The ideal candidate will be local person with at least 10 years of senior management experience in China, international company background is preferred.
3. Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills, strong team building and advanced coaching skills.
4. Ability to influence and work within organization, ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
5. Good communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
