职位描述
Main Job Responsibility
Assist Manager on:
- Costing quotation and costing module establishment and audit
- Audit and track ECR/ECO/VAVE, costing quotation to commercial and costing target set for purchasing to make sure profit maximum.
- Cost detail analysis by program by process (cutting/sewing/assembly/accessory/big foam) and provide support on CBOM and RFQ for new program.
- Review letter of nomination letter for new program and provide advice for program purchasing.
- Audit materials suppliers’contracts
- Prepare material cost budget
- monitoring logistic inventory daily cycle count, analysis variance, action plan and implementation.
- Prepare the standard routing time for new program and yearly standard routing time establishment, track the actual routing time and make analysis on it, provide control suggestions.
- Follow up plant scrap and analysis it, provide warning and control suggestions.
- Check all products’ actual BOM be line with released M-BOM
- Provide all products’ actual cost set monthly
- Responsible for standard material cost maintenance and analysis
Position Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree with major in mechanism or material, finance background is preferred
2. Skill on operation of Microsoft ware office application
3. Ability on English reading, speaking and writing
4. Good communication skill and team player
