职位描述

The Senior Operations Technician is responsible for processing, retrieving, and discarding irreplaceable biological and production samples as assigned. The incumbent is accountable for performing all assigned tasks with full attention and accuracy to maintain the integrity of the sample and the storage processes. (有国际药厂行业经验优先)

Major Responsibilities, Activities and Task Statements:

Essential Functions
1. Displayed competency in all job functions of an Operations Technician.
2. Provide reports and documentation as required.
3. Facilitate resolution of query resolutions.
4. Transfer samples to customer sites including on-site sample transfers.
5. Competently register hand-built samples, import manifests previously broken down, and QC content including formatting.
6. Maintains own training file and required documentation.
7. Assist with various levels of training as assigned by Training Coordinator.
8. Ability to perform receipt confirmations.
9. Knowledge of ER creation and investigation processes.
10. Demonstrated leadership and initiative in sample management activities.
11. IATA Certified.

1. Shown Proficiency in Receiving of Shipments
2. ISISS custom reports
3. Demonstrated Competence in Preparing Shipments
4. Proven Aptitude in Receiving Sensaphone Calls and Properly Documenting
5. Ability to take leadership with one client

Position Specifications

Required
Four year degree preferred; tertiary vocational degree holders with relevant training and experience can be considered
A minimum of 1 year experience as a full-time Operations Technician and shown competency in all essential functions of Operations Technician.
Comprehensive understanding of Sample Management functions including the ability to problem solve
Ability to take initiative as shown by involvement on projects
Proven communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Working Conditions

Employee will be working on an area with potentially infectious materials. Employee will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and enforce and follow universal precautions for bloodborne pathogens when working in an area considered to be potentially contaminated.
