Responsibilities:
* 8+ years of experiences in mobile, web application software testing
* Responsible for the testing and debugging of the Mobile Web Application platform purposely designed for Mobile operators to quickly enable value added mobile applications for their mobile data subscribers.
* Participate in testing and trouble shooting of Mobile Web Application product
* Write test cases with detail test steps, and automate test cases
* Conducting test case and automation script reviews
* Conduct product testing(automation) tasks with high quality, providing timely status reports
* Must have demonstrated functional testing ability
* Must be proficient in test bed setup, test case and bug management systems
* Familiar with UNIX/Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript
* Ensure quality release of products by working closely with Dev/automation team
* Demonstrate creativity in identifying effective approaches to software and solution development process and promote opportunities for product innovation
* Actively interface with the product marketing, our global engineering team and customer/partners, professional service, customer support team to address issues in the field
* Keyword driven automation testing experience
* Agile software development experience
* Project and technical leadership experience
* Participate in interviewing and hiring practices as directed and advised by manager and/or Human Resources
* Cultivate strong working relationships with co-workers
* Establish self as having strong skills in at least one area of specialty
* Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
* Good and proven problem solving skills
* Practice proactive communication skills and excellent written, verbal, presentation skills
* Assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills
* Exhibit a "can-do" attitude and inspire others to excel, and develop a team spirit
* Individual to be smart, enthusiastic, team-oriented, self-starter
* Fluent verbal and written English skills
