Job Description / Main Missions :
1. leading the CSU and SDU team to service customers in best way;
2. Coordinate with related dept. for delivery and quality issue, and also takes care of the payment
3. Keep frequent communication with customers and internally team
Profile required (Qualification / Experience / Language) :
1. College bachelor degree, electric or related major preferred
2. 5 years' experience of customer service in industry companies, Aged is preferred
3. ERP or JDE system experience preferred
4. Excellent English reading and writing capability
5. Working under the pressure, excellent negotiation ability , good social behavior
