Responsibilities
ØConduct suppliers sourcing but not limit to capacity and capability analyzing
ØDevelop and conduct negotiation plan, in term of price and cost analysis
ØStrategic supplier development and management
ØFacilitate and drive supplier continuous improvement but not limit to regulatory compliance, cost, and company system migration
ØWork closely with SQE or other relevant function in supplier qualification
ØMonitor market price and proposal options in buying strategy
ØProvide and update new material and supply market trend information to relevant department from time-to-time
ØEarly involvement in new production development for new material advice

Skill and Experiences
ØBe familiar with develop new suppliers with new material
ØHave good knowledge for the material use in cosmetic plastic packaging product, such as Resin, Foil, Film, Aluminum, Mirror, etc…
ØWell understand the supply market trend in the world which material related to cosmetic plastic packaging industrial

Qualification
ØBS in Chemical, Polymer, Tooling, Automation or any engineering discipline is definite
ØAt least 5 years in sourcing or procurement experiences in MNC company
ØFluent in both English speaking and writing
ØHave formal Purchasing & Supply Management training would definitely help
