KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Work with key stakeholders to identify training and development needs to come up with yearly training plan;
2. Leverage internal and external resources to design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs;
3. Build and constantly expand internal trainer pool to meet training needs;
4. Select and manage external training agencies to deliver required training to appropriate standards;
5. Independently facilitate and drive companywide training programs;
6. Lead the coordination and operational activities of leadership development programs such as Leadership Academy, Sales/Marketing Leadership Academy;
7. Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary;
8. Manage the training effectiveness through training records and survey report summary;
9. Help BU product training manager on product training process and effectiveness evaluation;

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree;
2. 5+ years of experience in HR, at least 3+ years of experience in training,
3. Highly motivated, self-starter and good team player;
4. Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees;
5. Passionate and influential;
6. Excellent presentation/facilitation skills;
7. Good command of spoken and written English.
