职位描述

SUMMARY
This position assists in roll-out of sales strategies, sales policy and sales standard process to effectively implement in sales force effectiveness, and is responsible for carrying out ongoing evaluation of sales force effectiveness, and providing suggestions for improvement Training and educating sales force


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage data for sales operation to ensure the support of business analysis and planning activities, including territory data management, sales target data management and market environment data collection and management.
2. Assist sales operation department in developing regular report template and generate ad-hoc reports on time with high quality.
3. Conduct data analysis activities to support business planning, including: territory allocation, sales target allocation, budget analysis and allocation, expense monitor and control.
4. Ensuring the design, development and delivery of effective territory management systems, tools and quality information
5. Responsible for carrying out ongoing evaluation of sales force effectiveness, setting sales competency model, and improve Training and educating sales force in SFE benefit realization
6. Implement SFDC system by working with Sales department and IT department.
7. Work with APAC SFE manager in launch and execution of GOCLEAR training program.
8. Launch, implement and localize training project from APAC or Global headquarter.
9. Evaluation and coaching of sales force effectiveness – through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback and the analysis of data
10. Complete other assignments from SFE manager/Commercial Director and SFE projects in region.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor Degree, major in medical, pharmaceuticals, economics or statistics a plus
2. At least 3 years experience in sales and sales management experience in medical device industry
3. At least 2 years experience in training
4. Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking Good ability of business analysis skills
.
WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS
1. The normal work hours and days assigned to this position are: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm.
2. (Potential to have 1 day per week continuing to work in clinic)
