岗位职责 ：

1、协助企业领导正确执行国家法律、法规，依法对企业重大经营决策提出法律意见；

2、参与起草、审核、修改企业重要的规章制度；

3、参与企业各类合同的谈判、起草、审核、修改和合同管理工作；

4、参与企业经营项目的评审和涉及企业权益的重要经济活动，处理有关法律事务；

5、企业的仲裁、诉讼和非诉讼活动；

6、开展与企业生产经营活动有关的法律咨询和法律服务；

7、对企业工商登记以及商标、专利、商业秘密保护等事务提供法律服务；

8、对企业相关员工进行专业法律知识的培训，配合企业有关部门对员工进行普法宣传教育；

9、应由法律事务部门承办的其他法律事务。

岗位要求：

1、全日制大学法律专业本科及以上学历；

2、具有律师执业资格；

3、年龄在35周岁以下，能承受工作压力和强度；

4、在企业、律师机构或司法部门从事法律工作五年以上，了解企业法律业务，积累了一定的处理法律事务的工作经验和能力；

5、英语达到六级以上，熟练掌握和运用法律专业英语者优先；

6、熟悉公司法、合同法、知识产权法、劳动法及相关法律法规；

7、身体健康，作风正派，爱岗敬业，廉洁自律，秉公尽责，团结协作，顾全大局；

8、具有一定的沟通和协调能力，工作积极主动，服从领导安排；

9、参与过并购或投、融资企业工作经验者优先考虑。
