The primary responsibility is to answer support needs via telephone and mail, registering calls and handles all shop related tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Incident management
- Windows environment
- General IP networking
- Shop infrastructure knowledge, (assembling and maintaining)
- Knowledge of store business and routines.
- MS Office.
- Support and monitoring tools, (the ones currently in use)
- Basic POS knowledge
- Basic ITIL knowledge
- English, spoken as well as written.
- Be able to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
