Job Description:

Manage the cost control of whole factory and focus on the cost control for the assigned areas.
- Attend management meetings, communicate and hold stakeholders responsible for cost efficiency.
- Come out AOP for factory expense and manage it within budget.
- Keep on tracking market price of equipment, material, labor cost, analyze, update and maintain price database for Should Cost evaluatin purpsoe.
- Report monthly/quarterly actual Factory MVA/ Cost Avoidance/ Cost saving/ Cost ownership and perform Should Cost Analysis as needed.
- Analyze the variance between actual cost performance vs goal.
- Figure out the root cause and countermeasures to close the gap.
- Identify the contineous cost improvement opportunities & set up efficient cost controlling/monitoring system.
- Lead & drive Cost Reduction/Avoidance projects happen per planned timeline and within cost budget.
- Train up and coach junior Cost Constroller & coordinate among Cost Control team whenever needed.
- Best Practice sharing among Cost Control team in order to achieve better cost efficiency.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on Agile, SAP, Excel and powerpoint presentation skills
- Excellent English speaking and writing.
- Ability of training up and coaching junior team members.
- Solid understanding on overall factory Cost Control methods.
5 or more years of related experience,
BS/BA degree or equivalent
