A premier Internet financial service platform seeks an exceptional individual to lead their global financial project development and work with a range of functions globally across project management and coordination with a focus on US and China.
As a Vice President of Financial Project Development, you will be responsible for acquiring business opportunities across U.S-China market and enhancing the existing business development network to increase operating performance.

Responsibilities:
1. Source and develop potential new financial project for the market across U.S and China (for example: cross-border business regarding Asset Merge and Acquisition, Import and Export, and Real Estates);
2. Establish and maintain a network of key resources to identify potential new business;
3. Act as representative for company, attend partner-facing meetings, making new contacts,
4. Demonstrate skill in cross-border financing and Asset Merge and Acquisition project management to determine implement options
5. Develop and support project plans through strategy development, project definition, and implementation
6. Managing the project and all activities across all impacted functions in the US and China with coordination of initiative globally
7. Developing end-to-end operating models that works toward regional and global consistency
8. Orchestrate more complex negotiation and cooperation to develop needs-based solution and promote services;

Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Proven success of cross-border business network and resources;
2. Extensive experience in Asset Management and financial analysis with a proven track record of managing and delivering change within a large, highly complex, cross-functional environment
3. Significant project and change management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex financial product and new business initiatives across a range of functions and regions. This should include the product offering, operating model, technology and business support infrastructure
4. Relationship management skills including the ability to establish and maintain a network of key contacts and resources;
5. Bachelor degree, preferred in finance;
6. Minimum 10 years financial project and business development related experience in major financial institutes;
7. Exceptional presentation skills to business partners and generate the positive result for benefit of organization;
8. Ability to travel internationally;
9. Bilingual in English and Chinese.
