工作职责：
负责统计和准备入离职员工信息和工资、社保数据；
负责公司层面和大区层面员工工资准时、准确发放，进行有效的薪酬管理；
负责员工信息的维护、档案的存储和管理；
负责提供公司人事类政策和地区社保政策的咨询与回答；
完成员工社会保险、公积金、商业保险等跟进协调；
协助各种人事类证明的开具和管理；
协助员工入离职管理流程的执行；
协助维护良好的员工关系；
协助其他人力资源管理流程的顺利执行

要求：
大专以上，至少有1年以上公司工资独立核算经验，精通各种EXCEL为主；
财务专业、有会计证优先考虑；
同时有财务和人事工作经验的优先考虑。
