职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1.Validation and operation of P2i equipment at customer sites, liaising with customer’s technical staff and managing early customer trials and expectations
2Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all processing, customer trials, sample testing etc.
3.Process customer samples to agreed specifications and timescales
4.Support the P2i Sales team during customer visits and presentations, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout trial and demonstrations.
5.Assist in the roll out and installation & validation of P2i machines once the customer has committed to a permanent installation.
Additional Responsibilities:
1.Support company’s trade show activity, and other sales activities as and when required
2.Support UK/Asia based operations/applications/processing as and when required.
Generic Health & Safety Responsibilities:
1.To take reasonable care of your own health and safety.
2.To take reasonable care not to put other people, fellow employees and members of the public, at risk by what you do or don't do in the course of your work.
3.To co-operate with the Company, making sure you get proper training and you understand and follow the company's health and safety policies.
4.Not to interfere with or misuse anything that's been provided for your health, safety or welfare.
5.To report any injuries, strains or illnesses you suffer as a result of doing your job.
6.To tell your employer if something happens that might affect your ability to work (e.g. becoming pregnant or suffering an injury).
7.If you drive or operate machinery, to tell your employer if you take medication that makes you drowsy - they should temporarily move you to another job if they have one for you to do.
Academic Qualifications:
A degree in Chemistry, Material Sciences or Engineering.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1.Able to assimilate and disseminate technical information in a timely manner, including report writing and data analysis.
2.Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
3.Experience of working professionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and ability to adapt and problem-solve.
4.Good customer relationship building skills.
5.Good, clear and concise communication skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
1.Experience of liaison with those external to a business
2.Experience of presenting, including that of technical information
3.Knowledge/understanding of Manufacturing process and of wider business operations
