ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Sales Manager

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Reach company predetermined area sales target
+ Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and market reporting
+ Provides quarterly results assessments and presentation
+ Independently and proactively develop new customers, have the capability of giving them the needed technical support

+ Provide industry information, market research prospect and picture

+ Product management: need to understand client requirements, follow up with the product test procedure

+ Take care to direct and keep update on new customers development plan for each stage and the follow-up

+ Give report and details on the sales venue, development/market situation to the sales team during the monthly meeting

Requirements:

+ Bachelor in Engineering, Chemical preferable
+ Good ability to understand market trend and possible area of development
+ 4 years or above working experience in screen printing industry, on screen frame material / emulsion or other related chemical products.
+ Familiar with screen printing industry and the dealer sales channels.
+ High level commercial skills
+ High level Screen Printing application know how
+ Both short and long terms orientation: able to focus and proactively work in order to reach the immediate results and target but also able to have a longer view and prospect for the future development and goals
+ Highly target oriented
+ Proactive attitude
+ Product managerial skills, interested and able to work in a technical environment.
+ Dynamic, ambitious and willing to grow within the organization
