Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Supervising and coaching team managers in daily works with regards to technical standard, procedures etc to improve the technical team's capability in order to support the business operation and solve problems systematically and efficiently;
+ Organize and co-ordinate the work of different team or product engineers;
+ Monitoring the project development progress of new products, ensuring all the development schedules on track;
+ Counter　checking all technical documentations before releasing to ensure error-free production in technical aspects;
+ Monitoring the progress of inquiries in order to achieve a higher success rate of orders;
+ Attending overseas trade fairs together with customers and suppliers;
+ Visiting suppliers from time to time to assure their production standard;
+ Assessing new/potential suppliers’ capability.
+ Coordinate with QC dept and purchasing team.

Requirements:
+ University graduate, majoring in mechanical engineering or related subjects;
+ At least 8 years of working experience in hardware, with at least 3 years in supervisory/team director position;
+ Experience working in hardware manufacturing company;
+ Good command of English, in reading and writing, plus conversational English
+ Good communication and presentation skill in verbal and written mode;
+ Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid Works &/or other computer-aided design software;
+ Team work spirit, good communication skill, health and actively
+ A good team-player and a competent team-leader;
