Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Independently manage the quality control process in the factory
+ Establish and maintain effective systems and procedures to improve quality control throughout the company
+ Ensure full control on Process Management Changes with regards to new product introduction, equipment & change kit, + Process changes , materials set /component and methodology.
+ Work closely with the top management team to identify the areas for continuous improvement
+ Push the production team to drive for process and quality improvement
+ Provide leadership to cross-functional team to implement quality system and improvement procedures.
+ Provide guidance to the quality team to maintain a qualified and motivated QE/QC team

Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in electronic engineering / mechanical engineering or related fields
+ At least 10 years experience in quality management function, rich experience in process control and quality system establishment
+ Good knowledge of quality management tools
+ Experience in ISO standard is a bonus
+ Strong people and conflict management skill
+ Ability to push the production department to follow the quality procedures
+ Mature person and committed professional with good communication skill
+ Must be an independent leader with hands-on style and process focused
+ Fluent English communication skill
+ Willing to work beyong normal duty time so as to directly communicate with HQ in USA.
