RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Basic Function
1.Responsible for process and raw material qualification to ensure new formula products & materials qualification be effective and conform to MJN quality standard, regulations and food safety procedures as well as CNS requirements.
2. Responsible for process qualification of new equipment to ensure the performance of new equipment can meet MJN standard.
3. Responsible for new formulation qualification to ensure the China facility is suitable for new product.
4. Check and audit existing formula of products in Optiva and Gwins system to ensure formula 100% accuracy.
5. Trouble shooting and OOS investigation on formula production system.


Business Management Activities:
1.Communicates raw materials requirements both formally and informally within the function and cross functionally to achieve project and business goals.
2.Contributes to, and works effectively within manufacturing service function providing raw material information and technical guidance while seeking agreements regarding the implementation of reasoned solutions and initiatives.
3. Applied raw material or new products information from a wide variety of sources to solve difficult problems and contributes to solutions based on risk and benefit assessments.
4. Identifies raw material development steps and identifies resources need for the completion of short and long term business objectives.
5. Applies fundamental raw material principles in recognizing potential issues and contributes to timely and cost effective solutions and directions.
6. Contributes to the effective commercialization of raw material or products from concept to customers and consumers.
7. Recognizes the importance of adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO, FDA and local regulatory requirements.
8. Recognizes the important of employee safety in the workplace including compliance with legal, corporate safety, and environmental guidelines.


REQUIREMENTS
Educational background:
University graduate or Master degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Food science, and Food Process Engineering is preferred.

Experiences Desired
1.Performed portions of phases within raw material qualification and development process, encompassing search, early development, advance development, launch and commercialization.
2. Familiar with preparing specification, regulatory requirements and protocol development.
3.More than 4 years ‘experiences in raw material developing and qualification, at Least 2 years’ experiences in food industry.
4. Two years' experience on leading projects cooperated with Regional or Global teams in a Multi-national Company.
5. Identified creative, innovative concepts and technologies.
6. Prepared and presented raw material information to a broad audience.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team environment;

Knowledge Desired
1.Comprehensive knowledge for flexible and rigid material;
2.Understanding of raw material or products systems (procedures, protocols, and testing equipment) with the knowledge to modify to specific needs.
3. Understanding of process equipment, raw materials and component interaction.
4.High passion in raw material and products qualification and problem solving & following;
5.Understanding of Supply Chain module: Plan, Source, Manufacture and Distribution processes/systems
6.Good communication skill and project & time management;
7.Good English skill both in writing and speaking;
