Client:
The client is an European company specialized in electronics products for the automotive industry for high-end auto makers.

Job Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China

Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:

Reporting to:
Lab Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for performing tests as per requests assignment and customer instructions. Follow Test laboratory Process flow to produce reliable and precise data.
+ Providing support in appropriate scheduling process and distribution of testing workload.
+ Multitasking to improve capacity and timing due to emergencies to ensure the lowest possible level of interruption in the flow of testing.
+ Provide support to Test Laboratory Manager on continuous improvement.
+ Support internal and external customers. Establish test timelines and equipment limitations and communicate to Customer and Manager.
+ Support laboratory Manager for A2LA/ GM/ Ford/IEC/GP10 and so on accreditation according to ISO 17025.
+ Recommend, design and build new test equipment as required for performing tests. Technical input for test laboratory new equipments purchasing.
+ Monitors inventory levels and orders materials and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:
+ Bachelor and above and major in Communication, Computer, Electronics, Automatization.
+ Experience in the software test. Understanding of automotive communications such as CAN and LIN, etc.
+ Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, etc).
+ Understanding of Freescale and Microchip PIC’s family of Microcontrollers and CodeWarrior IDE.
+ Experience in LABVIEW / MATLAB / Sumulink.
+ Proficient in C and assembly language.
+ Adapt to flexible shifts, working under pressure, team spirit.
+ Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking.
