ITO运维管理高级工程师

Job Description & Responsibilities:
As a Subject Matter Expert of IT Operations and Maintenances, you are responsible to manage and optimize IT Service Management process for IT infrastructure and customer operations. You will also responsible to develop, implement and improve KPIs, policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions of the IT outsourcing projects.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Provide leadership to the IT outsourcing projects in different regions with a broad set of responsibilities; manage tactical and strategic activities with focusing on IT Service Management;
2. Develop IT outsourcing delivery model/framework and enforce industry best practice (such as ITIL & ISO 20000);
3. Carry out build, transition, transformation or operation for the IT outsourcing projects such as data center and cloud solution;
4. Provide the business requirements to the Research and Development department for the development of IT Services Management platforms;
5. Prepare training plans to code with new service and product deployment; and
6. Travel to support sales and operation activities.

Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
2. Minimum 3 years’ work experience in IT service management and operation;
3. At least 2 years practical knowledge of ITIL such as Change management, Incident management, Problem management and Services level management etc;
4. Implementation experience of ISO 20000 certification;
5. Good understand of IT service management platforms such as Remedy;
6. Required experiences / knowledge of at least two of the following areas:
o IT Platform –Midrange, Storage or Middleware platforms ;
o Network & Security infrastructures - such as firewalls, routers, switches, SIEM, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems;
o IT Operation – IT Monitoring, IT hosting or batch job scheduling;
o Data Center Management or Data Center Efficiency best practice
o Virtualization or Cloud services
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
8. Proficiency in Mandarin and ITIL Certification will be an added advantage; and
9. Intensive Travel required.
