The Job:

All Management Trainees will be required to participate in a 12 to 18 months's Management Trainee Program and undergoing a series of product, functional and management training in order to understand and familiarize with Expeditors' products, processes and standard with an aim to fulfill the Company's human resources needs for business development in order to achieve the growth and profit objectives of the Company. This program emphases on on-the-job experience which requires the candidate to work at entry level and desk level operation in all product departments while assessing their suitability for learning, execution and management.

The Qualifications:

·University graduate, preferably with a postgraduate degree, with at least 1 year working experience.

·Excellent command of written and spoken English.

·Strong analytical mind with keen business acumen.

·Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

·A Team Player. Computer literature.

·Willing to travel and be relocated.

·To undergoing various product, functional and management training within Asia region

Key Accountabilities:

·To undergoing various product, functional and management training within Asia region

·To get familiarized with Expeditors's culture, structure, products, systems, policies and procedures, workflow and standards.

·To develop knowledge base and skill sets necessary for future management assignment.
