职位描述
Major responsibilities:
Maintain up to date daily, weekly & monthly schedules for all QA colleagues in Shenzhen and Dongguan.
Contact vendors and factories to affix factory evaluation appointments.
Work with the relevant factories within the required timeframe.
Provide back office support for the inspector, where applicable & required.
Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by supervisors.
Requirements:
College education or above
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Strong Computer skill with full command in MS applications
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill
Must be very detail minded and be able to work independently
Excellent teamwork spirit
