市场专员－有展会经验者优先

职责描述：
1.展会和研讨会等市场活动执行
a) 收集展会活动的信息，执行相关的展会预定及联络工作；
b) 跟进展台设计搭建工作，控制预算、制作活动报告；
c) 组织用户研讨会及相关市场活动的邀请、组织
d) 负责跟进产品演示的DEMO样品制作和准备工作

2. 渠道支持
a) 执行、配合渠道商的评估和发展工作
b) 执行渠道商的合同、认证、及相关文件的处理工作
c) 执行销售渠道商市场支持和维护工作
d) 执行渠道的日常电子邮件发放工作，进行定期的资料寄送，并执行CRM系统的记录管理工作

3. 市场信息收集
a) 进行市场竞争者的信息收集；
b) 定期提供市场分析报告

4. 供应商管理
a) 与市场部相关供应商保持有效合作，执行市场资料的采购，并有效控制成本
b）控制和管理市场资料的发放

5.市场库存控制
a）管理市场部的样本资料，礼品及产品库存
b）执行市场资料的发放，定期给予销售部及渠道商市场资料的支持

6. 辅助市场部经理执行其他相关市场工作。

职位要求：

1. 大学以上学历，市场营销或其他相关专业；
2. 拥有市场宣传和经销商管理方面至少2年以上相关工作经验，
3. 自身具有较强的人际沟通和时间管理能力，动手能力强，以结果为导向，能同时执行多个项目；
4. 具有较强的分析和研究能力；
5. 优秀的英语语言技能（书面和口语）
6. 熟练操作WORD、PowerPoint、Excel等OFFICE办公软件。


Responsibilities:

1. Exhibition and Seminar

a)Collect exhibition information and book booth;

b)Design good quality booth and keep following, strictly control the cost and report timely after show;

c)Organize the visitors and customer invitation (trade shows, seminars);

d)Maintain display item, display all products, outstand the strategic products;

e)Produce new demo and panel;

2. Distributor

a)Make and follow up distributor evaluation program (contracted and potential);

b)Manage distributor contract, certificate, secrecy and profile document;

c)Execute the distributor supporting program;

d)Maintain the Key Accounts, send regular company e-newsletter and nonscheduled letters or cards according CRM order record, deal with the complaining effectively and so on.

3. Competitor Analysis

a)Pay close attention with new competitors and competitors' all activities in the market;

b)To collect detailed information through all possible channels;

c)Make analysis and monthly report.

4. Sales promotion item

a)Inquiry, negotiate and select different vendors to make sure the variety and quality of sales promotion gifts.

b)Control and manage the distribution

5.Marketing Inventory Control

a)Control Marketing brochure, giveaways and demo inventory

b)Deliver marketing brochure for sales activity support and channel support

5. Assistant the MKT manager with PR, market research and other MKT works.



Requirements:

1. College or Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years experience in trade marketing and distributor management, majoring in marketing, sales or other related fields;

2. Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication and time management capabilities, hands-on and results-oriented;

3. Strong analytical and research capabilities

4. Basic to excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
5. Highly proficient in computer applications- Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
