职位描述：To execute effective events plan and implement strongly

? As a key member of the team to propose, plan and coordinate the execution of large internal and external events;

? Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders to implement projects;

? Work closely with Procurement on supplier selection, quality and evaluation;

? Manage agencies, production house or relative parties to move forward projects smoothly;

? Support all aspects of events: budget, logistics, design, staffing, vendors, schedule, timeline, onsite and etc.

? Ad hoc project on request

职位要求：

? Bachelor’s degree in related field required;

? 5+ years’ solid experience in Event planning in a B2C company or customer facing projects would be a strong advantage

? Strong in media, event planning creativity and passion for event management.

? Good English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills required

? Proficient office software skills, especially in Word and Excel, required. Ability to use Photoshop, In-design and visual software would be an advantage

? Good listening & communication skills -- ability and enthusiasm for working with all levels of the organization and across many cultures

? High attention to details

? An excellent team player.
