职位描述

Division/Department : Finance
Position Name: Head of Accounting
This position reports to: CFO

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises and manages the company’s overall finance.Ensures the day-to-day Finance functions are performed in an efficient and effective manner. Initiates and implements plans to maximize use of resources to meet operating objectives and plan. Takes the lead in setting up the appropriate financial entity and reporting structures for all China businesses.
2. Institutes and maintains control procedures, including but not limited to the cost accounting system, and analyzes and reports variances.
3. Ensures compliance with statutory reporting requirements, **** Corporate policies and guidelines and translates to IFRS for Corporate reporting.
4. Manages and controls cash flow through regular reports and forecast. Devises action plan when appropriate. Provides supervision over bank accounts and maintains excellent working relationship with banking institutions.
5. Coordinates and directs financial audits ensuring proper interface with external auditors and timely completion of all audit procedures.
6. Hires, trains and develops a competent and effective Greater China finance team. Provides guidance/mentoring and training to China finance personnel by maintaining strong communication lines and presence. Conducts formal annual performance evaluations of staff.
7. Supports business development activities in China.
8. Participates in special/corporate projects as necessary.

Requirements
1. Excellent working knowledge and experience in both Chinese Accounting Standards and IFRS. Must be familiar with PRC Regulations including Customs import/export, VAT, Factory transfers, Tax issues, Audits, & etc.
2. A seasoned, communicative leader with executive demeanor and excellent leadership, team building and change management skills. Strong people management skills and capable of independently managing teams.
3. Ability to set the standard for business ethics and personal business conduct; an impeccable record of honesty and integrity working as part of an international organization.
4. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
5. Good problem solver and analytical thinker; ability to multi-task. Broad functional experience across accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning, compliance, and tax issues. Solid experience in evaluating financial assumptions and cost-qualification.
6. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Must be adaptable to flexible work schedule to communicate with international subsidiaries.
9. Strong SAP knowledge, preferably as Key User for FI/CO.
