职位描述

Position Objective
Develop the AUTO / OEM / MINING market and finish the sales targets. Develop customer/user resources, manage and coordinate direct & distributors business activities, ensure sales projection and profit targets achievement.


Essential Job Functions:
1. Exploit new markets and applications of new products aggressively. Follow important projects closely, report and participate in important activities according to company rules, improve success rate of important projects
2. Visit customers timely, build up close relationship with key accounts, and input customer information into the company customer information system seriously. Find out customers’ needs and satisfaction degree timely, fill in POR, air an opinion on products and services
3. Seriously implement sales price and discount rules and regulations of division, follow the whole process from quotation, contract input, order, shipment, to collection
4. Assist the leader of the division to manage and know well of the sales of the AUTO / OEM / MINING market. Training and support the others of the primary metal team, to make sure they can finish their sales target
5. Join products and technical skills training energetically
6. Achieve other temporary tasks assigned by managers


Minimum Qualifications:
1. Achieve sales targets in SIP
2. To achieve the requirement from the company for payment receivable 100%
3. Follow the T&E policy


Position Competencies :
1. Education & Professional Background: bachelor and Mechanical Engineering or related major
2. Relevant Experience: he have worked over 5 years for sales or engineering
3. Good English communication skills


Other Requirements
1. To work safely and to comply with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
2. Good selling skills and selling channels, having distributors’ management experiences, excellent communication skills, hard working, care to details, integrity and honesty, and able to travel frequently. Proficiency with MS Office, Internet and other office software.
