职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. ?Identify training audience
2. Complete training needs analysis (number and identification of trainers, etc.)
3. Create Addendum to standard Training Approach/Plan to meet any site-specific needs, as required
4. Define any required training localization (coordinate development with Core team)
5. Manage the creation and maintenance of local site training material
6. Prepare the site trainers
7. Create End User Training Schedule based on role mapping
8. Obtain business buy-in of end user training schedule
9. Coordinate and execute end user training (includes classroom scheduling, training client/id requests, communication, etc.)
10. Maintain documentation of site training activities (qualified instructors, training attendance records, etc.)
11. Analyze and report on local training metrics
12. Define sustainable training organization (post-deployment)
13. Participate in the software licensing negotiation and maintenance
14. Responsible for the execution of communication process in IT department
15. Be able to align with global training and communication department
16. Be able to work with our training and communication vendors globally and locally


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree is required. Master degree in scientific domain is the plus.
2. Excellent Mandarin and English and written/oral communication skills.
3. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in developing and delivering training and communication.
4. Pharmaceutical / biotech and IT experience is the plus.
5. Experience in communications and customer friendly.
6. Demonstrated experience and success with small/median scale training/communication delivery logistics.
