Responsibilities：
1. Handle import and export operation.
1) Prepare shipping documents and deliver to customs broker.
2) Contact with customs broker to try to complete customs declaration ASAP.
3) Inform customs broker the warehouse address when customs declaration is completed and give arrival notice to warehouse.
4) Do “Goods Receive” in SAP system after warehouse received goods according to arrival notice.
2. Handle domestic transportation and storage operation.
1) Get delivery instruction from CSR.
2) Do “Picking” in SAP system and print relevant documents.
3) Fax “Picking List” to forwarder and warehouse, arrange truck to pick up goods and inform warehouse the truck info.
3. Knowledge of the national regulations, make sure that company in compliance with relevant governmental regulations
4. Daily operate in the SAP systems, report update and documents file.

Requirements：
1. ?TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE
1) Academy Degree in Materials/Logistics Management
2) A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Logistics field, including Import and Export, Transportation, Warehouse.
3) Good knowledge of logistics services
2. TEAM AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
1) Working according to the process of S-TD internal team (between CSR and LGS teams), understanding each other and making the team’s job much fluent.
2) Good negotiating and cooperating with different departments
3) Good negotiating and cooperating with external vendor under the principles of reducing the cost and developing the business for BU and for the whole organization
